Ray’s food was amazingly delicious and all my guests fully enjoyed his culinary skills, which brought his food to life. Ray was such wonderful chef, professional and easy to have a conversation. He was focused and engaged with my guest. I am thankful for the experience he brought on my milestone Birthday. I will definitely keep you in mind for my next trip back to Palm Springs. TY.
I hired Chef Ray to prepare a dinner for a reunion with my friends; all 8 of us loved the meal he and his other chef prepared. His menu had a plethora of meals. We chose steaks which were the highest quality. The side dishes, especially the twice baked potatoes, were perfectly prepared and presented. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
Chef Ray was fantastic- we hired him for our Palm Springs bachelorette of 9 people, and he was a great choice! His prices were reasonable, straightforward, and without any hidden fees (tip included). He was responsive and arrived exactly on time. The food was great!! Everyone raved about the salad and bacon-wrapped filet mignon! He even included a birthday candle for the bride. And what a gem of a personality he is 🙂 Thanks for everything, chef!
Ray was beyond amazing to deal with. Starting off with negotiating the budget and the menu, to making specific requests as far as allergies go. He was on time and was extremely nice. I had booked him for my bachelorette in Palm Springs, and outdid himself. Every single one of us enjoyed every meal and got super full too. Highly recommend, will be booking him again. 👍❤️🤩

Chef Ray prepared an excellent meal for us all. He was able to personalize the servings to allow for dietary preferences. He communicated well, showed up on time, was pleasant to be around and cleaned up the kitchen before he left. Would definitely have him prepare a meal again.
Had a fantastic and positive experience with Ray! He was so easy to work with…listened to what I wanted and was very amiable as opposed to other caterers who force their wants and menus on you. The food was delicious. Our guests were very impressed. Ray and his assistant were friendly and most importantly to me very clean. I would highly recommend Cooking What You Crave…as long as you don’t need him on a
